World Day for Consecrated Life & Open Houses

World Day for Consecrated Life will be celebrated in the world­wide Church February 7-8, 2015. Please pray for all those who have made commitments in the consecrated life, and be sure to thank them on their special day. May they continue to be inspired by Jesus Christ and respond generously to God's gift of their vocation.

February 2, 2015

Felician Sisters of North America will hold a special liturgy and a special evening prayer service on February 2, 2015.

February 8, 2015

School Sisters of St. Francis' Mount Assisi Convent (934 Forest Avenue, in Bellevue) will be open to the public Sunday, February 8 from 1 to 3 p.m. There will be tours and refreshments. 

Sisters of Divine Providence in the North Hills will host two open houses and receptions on Sunday, February 8.  The first will be from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., and the second will be from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. Both receptions will feature a showing of the Women and Spirit: Catholic Sisters in America.

Sisters of St. Joseph in Baden will have a Mass at 10 a.m. in the motherhouse chapel on Sunday, February 8, followed by brunch in the Dining Room. Visitors will have an opportunity to learn more about our history and enjoy the hospitality of the Sisters.

Sisters of St. Francis of the Neumann Communities invite all to join them at Dwelling Place Convent (30 North Euclid Avenue in Bellevue) on Sunday, February 8, 2015, from 1 to 3 p.m. Guests will meet Sisters Amy Williams, Ann Bremmer, Donna Stephenson, and Suzanne Susany to see and hear more about how Catholic sisters today live, minister, and pray.

March 8, 2015

Sisters of Charity of Seton Hill's Lenten Vespers on March 8 begins at 2:00 in the gathering room at Caritas Christi. At 3:30, solemn vespers will be celebrated incorporating the SC Sisters Choir, invited instrumentalists, and the Sisters Hand Bell Choir.
